About the Shelburne Housing Authority

The Shelburne Housing Authority (SHA) owns Highland Village located off Highland Avenue in Shelburne Falls.  The Authority is governed by a five member Board of Commissioners.  Four the commissioners are elected by the citizens of Shelburne.  The fifth commissioner is appointed by Governor of the Commonwealth.   The current commissioners are:

Noah Grunberg, Vice-Chair

Elected in 2014, Noah's term expires in 2020

Kim Levitch, Member

Elected in 2014, Margaret's term expires in 2019 

Rita Maccini, Member

Elected in 2013, Rita's term expires in 2018

SHA Public "Speak Out" Participation Policy:( Board Approved: 12/13/17)
1. Public participation will be allowed prior to the start of the regularly scheduled meeting
    a. Meetings are regulartly scheduled to start at 6PM public participation will start at 5:45PM.

3. Public participants will be allowed 3 minutes to speak on their topic.
4. All remarks must be addressed to the Board Chair. 
5. The speaker must identify him/herself and the subject they wish to speak about to ensure it is a relevant item for the Board to hear.
