HRA’s main office and local officers will be closed to the public until further notice. We are taking the following precautions to ensure that staff, clients and residents are kept as healthy as possible during this COVID-19 virus outbreak.

Please note: In all circumstances when interacting with staff, please maintain at least a 6 foot distance.

Paperwork and Rent Checks: Please submit all paperwork and rent checks in the secure drop box, located to the right of the main entrance. The box is locked and can’t be accessed by any means from outside the building.  It is checked each morning and will be throughout the day. All incoming mail is date stamped upon opening.

Questions: Please call the office (413-863-9781- 9:00am-12:00pm & 12:30pm-4:00pm) for assistance with all questions.  This is subject to change without notice. If the receptionist is unable to answer your questions, she will connect you with the appropriate staff person. If you get their voice mail, be sure to leave a clear message, spelling your first and last name, and leaving your phone number.

If we are unable to assist you over the phone, we will work with you to schedule an appointment. You will be contacted the day before your appointment to confirm your time. Appointments may be canceled without sufficient notice if the health of the client and/or staff is of concern.  Please contact us if you are ill, we will be happy to reschedule you.

These precautions will be subject to further evaluation or guidance from public health officials.
